The Xerox Digital Desktop Organizer and the Digital Personal Organizer are complete document scanning and organizing solutions. More than just great document scanners, they also include:
- Software to organize receipts, forms, contracts, records (and anything else cluttering your desk), create and edit PDF files, and automatically convert paper into digital files that are text-searchable.
- Cloud storage to avoid file loss with continuous cloud back up.
- E-book “Creating the Nearly Paperless Office” that explains in plain-English how to better capture, access and share your paper documents as digital files.

Xerox Digital Desktop Organizer
The Xerox Digital Desktop Organizer has at its core a sheetfed scanner that can scan up to 25 pages per minute or 44 in duplex (two-sided) mode and includes a 50-page Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) that handles everything from business cards to letter size documents. It has an exceptionally small footprint and will fit comfortably on any desk. Scanning to any one of 9 preset “destinations” is as simple as pressing a single button, eliminating confusion and decisions to simply scan a document.
Xerox Digital Personal Organizer
The Xerox Digital Personal Organizer comes with a flatbed scanner equipped with a 50-page ADF that can scan up to 23 pages per minute or 46 in duplex mode. The letter-size flatbed handles variable paper sizes and delicate originals. Scan checks, documents, business cards, credit cards, photos or thick card stock with one touch. The front panel of the scanner provides simple single-button control for at-device scanning to any of nine preset and up to 99 completely customizable OneTouch scan profiles.

The Xerox Digital Desktop Organizer is priced at $495, and the Xerox Digital Personal Organizer is $299. Both products are available through online channel partners and major resellers.
