XETX is great!

They explained how ordering new units would decrease our expenses because of our monthly billing on the old units. When the freight company messed up the order to pick up the old unit, our sales rep, Randy, came by personally and picked up the old unit. He checks in frequently to make sure we are knowledgeable on how to use the machine to its fullest extent.
