I can't say enough about our experience with XETX. They are the walking definition of "above and beyond."  They are not only immediately responsive when I need anything at all but anticipate my school's needs and reach out first.  We're a very high-volume customer and when we ran short on supplies, they even found some and delivered them personally to keep us working.  Amazing.

Our experience with XETX has been nothing but positive, even overwhelmingly so.  The service techs are always friendly and professional, do excellent work, and help us find ways to train our users to keep the machines trouble free.  The support we've received from their networking staff has been over the top as well.  I would wholeheartedly recommend XETX to any organization in East Texas needing reliable copy/print or any other service XETX may offer.
